There is a Real Estate Investing Group forming for the purpose of learning about investing in Real Estate in Delaware and the surrounding area. The group will be studying and investing together. The group will be studying wholesaling, Lease Options, Foreclosures & Pre-Foreclosures, Tax Lien Certificates, and anything else related to real estate investing.
