Delaware Mortgage Rates - Market Update - July 30, 2008

This is your daily advice on floating or locking your Delaware Mortgage Rate.
The mortgage bond market is looking to have a pretty good day even though it started off on a dip this morning from a better than expected jobs report. There isn’t much other data coming in so technically bonds should improve on the day.
I am going to recommend FLOATING your Delaware Mortgage Rate into tomorrow and you should get at least an 1/8 better on the rate.
