Delaware Mortgage Rates were able to move lower last week as mortgage bonds bounced off support. If you look at the mortgage bond chart below you can see after a big sell-off on previous Wednesday, mortgage bonds found a floor of support and they were able to rally higher last week moving Delaware mortgage rates lower. We are going to recommend FLOATING your Delaware Mortgage Rate to start the week to see if mortgage bonds can continue the short term trend of rallying higher.
