Primary Residential Mortgage is a National Mortgage Lender and the Delaware Branch is run by the Branch Manager, John R. Thomas. John R. Thomas is a licensed Delaware loan officer that resides in Newark, Delaware. He is a Certified Mortgage Planner (CMP). He has a bachelor’s degree in Physics from the University of Delaware and a Masters degree in Education from Delaware State University. John is also the author of the book, Your Guide to Buying Your First Home in Delaware.

Kevin Lyons, Senior Loan Officer and Mortgage Planner. Joel Stewart, Loan Officer Assistant. The Loan Assistant packages your loan to be sent into processing and helps with the processing of the loan. Joel also will be a resource to help you with scheduling your appointments with the office and helping clients with the Get Mortgage Ready Program. Joel is Chris Rowe’s Loan Assistant and assists him with all his clients. Joel is knowledeable about the whole loan process from start to finish and his job is to make sure the loan runs smoothly from contract to close. NMLS – 206602
Nicole Lorah, Loan Officer Assistant. The Loan Assistant packages your loan to be sent into processing and helps with the processing of the loan. Nicole also will be a resource to help you with scheduling your appointments with the office and helping clients with the Get Mortgage Ready Program. Nicole is the branch manager John R. Thomas’ Loan Assistant and assists him with all his clients. Nicole is knowledeable about the whole loan process from start to finish and her job is to make sure the loan runs smoothly from contract to close.
Nick Duonnolo, Loan Processor. The Loan Processor takes your file once you make official mortgage application and gathers all the necessary documents to submit the file to underwriting. Nick’s job is to make sure your loan meets the guidelines for your particular loan program and packages the loan to send to the underwriter for loan approval. Nick also provides all parties with our Weekly Tuesday Status Updates on all files in process every single Tuesday from contract till close.
Nadia Gross, Administrative Assistant. The Adminsitrative Assistant is responsible for managing the First Time Home Buyer Seminar Programs, Realtor Success Seminar Series, Taking inbound phone calls into the office and helping clients get all their questions answered and all of their challenges resolved. Nadia is responsible for ensuring every client is treated like our top client and provided with the best experience process.
